Common icons
The Common icons section appears in the top-right of many panels within the symplr Payer application. When an icon within this section is clicked, a separate pop-up window opens for you to enter or view the desired information.

Alerts |
The Alerts icon allows you to set follow-ups related to the record for yourself or others. The icon turns red when there are alerts to drive users to complete tasks. |

Attachments |
The Attachments icon allows you to upload images and other documents pertaining to the record. The icon turns blue when there area attachments to view. |

Extended Notes |
The Extended Notes icon allows you to add unlimited notes to the record. The icon turns blue when there are notes to view. |

User Defined Fields |
The User Defined Fields icon provides access to user defined fields for the record. The icon turns blue when there are user defined fields to view. |

Audit History |
The Audit History icon provides access to the audit history of all changes made to the current record. The icon turns blue when there is audit history to view. |

Information |
Hover over the Information icon to see the number of items (Alerts, Images, Notes/Extended Notes, User Defined and Entities) linked to the record. The icon turns blue when there is information to view. |
